Online Learning Support Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
