Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Oman. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

Eligibility
