Online Learning Support Assistant – Junior Level | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples

• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 5,150–11,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
