Online Learning Support Assistant – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Recommend extra practice resources
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
