Online Learning Support Assistant – No Experience Required | Hawalli, Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Record attendance and session notes
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Recommend extra practice resources

• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Experience with digital whiteboards
