Online Learning Support Assistant – No Experience Required | Muharraq, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples

• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Experience with digital whiteboards
