Online Learning Support Assistant – No Experience Required | Qatar

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in Qatar. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
• Record attendance and session notes
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
