Online Learning Support Assistant – No Experience Required | Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Recommend extra practice resources
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Record attendance and session notes
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines

• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
