About the role

This remote virtual assistant vacancy is open to candidates in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity

Eligibility
