About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in Saudi Arabia. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Clear written English
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity

Eligibility
