Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Clear written English

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
