Remote Tutoring Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Muharraq, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Record attendance and session notes
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines

• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

• Access to online learning subscriptions
• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Paid annual leave and public holidays
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Bahrain to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
