Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Bahrain. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Record attendance and session notes

Requirements

  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
