Online Teaching Assistant (Remote) – 1–2 Years | Lusail, Qatar

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Lusail preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Recommend extra practice resources
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples

• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
