Online Teaching Assistant (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Manama, Bahrain

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Record attendance and session notes
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Paid onboarding and structured training

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Bahrain to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
