Online Teaching Assistant (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ras Al Khaimah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Record attendance and session notes
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Recommend extra practice resources
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents

• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery

You must be legally resident in United Arab Emirates to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–8,050 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
