Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level

Requirements

  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery

Eligibility

You must be legally resident in Bahrain to apply. The indicative range for this role is 120–200 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
