Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

Requirements

  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery

Eligibility
