Online Teaching Assistant (Remote) – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Record attendance and session notes
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet

• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Experience with digital whiteboards

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
