About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
