Online Teaching Assistant (Remote) – No Experience Required | Sohar, Oman

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Record attendance and session notes
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Recommend extra practice resources

• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Experience with digital whiteboards
