Online Teaching Assistant (Remote) – No Experience Required | United Arab Emirates

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video

• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Experience with digital whiteboards

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in United Arab Emirates to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,000–7,100 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
