Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level

Requirements

  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
