Remote Academic Support Tutor – Fresh Graduates | Khobar, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Khobar preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Recommend extra practice resources
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
• Record attendance and session notes
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level

• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

• Access to online learning subscriptions
• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Wellness day each quarter
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Saudi Arabia to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–7,650 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
