Remote Academic Support Tutor – Fresh Graduates | Muharraq, Bahrain

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Recommend extra practice resources
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Record attendance and session notes
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback

• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

• Access to online learning subscriptions

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Bahrain to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
