Job summary

About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
