Job summary

About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
