Remote Academic Support Tutor – Junior Level | Bahrain

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Bahrain. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Recommend extra practice resources
• Record attendance and session notes

• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

• Wellness day each quarter

You must be legally resident in Bahrain to apply. The indicative range for this role is 400–900 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
