Remote Academic Support Tutor – No Experience Required | Oman

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in Oman. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Record attendance and session notes
• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Recommend extra practice resources
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video

• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 150–350 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
