Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication skills
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana

Eligibility

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 400–900 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
