About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Clear written English
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills
