Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Dubai preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Clear written English
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Previous admin or reception experience

Eligibility
