Job summary

About the role

This remote virtual assistant vacancy is open to candidates in Oman. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Clear written English
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity

Eligibility
