Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Clear written English
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity

Eligibility

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 1,450–3,300 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
