Job summary

About the role

This remote virtual assistant vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Arabic communication skills
