Remote Canva Designer – 1–2 Years | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• An eye for layout, balance and typography

• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Arabic typography awareness
• Illustration skills
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 350–800 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
