Remote Canva Designer – Fresh Graduates | Al Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines

• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Reliable computer able to run design software

• Illustration skills
• Arabic typography awareness
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Understanding of social ad specifications
