Remote Canva Designer – Fresh Graduates | Farwaniya, Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools

• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Arabic typography awareness
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere

• Wellness day each quarter
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
