Remote Canva Designer – Fresh Graduates | Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent

• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Reliable computer able to run design software

• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Arabic typography awareness
• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Illustration skills

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Wellness day each quarter

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in United Arab Emirates to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–8,050 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
