Remote Canva Designer – Junior Level | Al Rayyan, Qatar

This is a fully remote graphic design role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Support seasonal campaign visuals

• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Reliable computer able to run design software

• Arabic typography awareness
• Illustration skills
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
