Job summary

About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Ahmadi preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

Requirements

  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
