About the role

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in Oman. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
