About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
