Job summary

About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
