Job summary

About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Riffa preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Record attendance and session notes

Requirements

  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

Eligibility
