Remote Graphic Design Assistant – 0–1 Years | Muharraq, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Organise design files in a clear folder structure
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Maintain a reusable template library

• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work

• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Illustration skills
• Arabic typography awareness

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Paid annual leave and public holidays
• Fully remote work with no commute
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
