Remote Graphic Design Assistant – 1–2 Years | Doha, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools

• Arabic typography awareness
• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills
