Remote Graphic Design Assistant – No Experience Required | Al Wakrah, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills
• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Arabic typography awareness
