Remote Marketing Designer – 0–1 Years | Lusail, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Qatar (candidates near Lusail preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent

• Reliable computer able to run design software
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work

• Arabic typography awareness
• Illustration skills
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Understanding of social ad specifications

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Career progression into a mid-level role
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
