Remote Marketing Designer – Fresh Graduates | Kuwait

This is a fully remote graphic design role you can do from home in Kuwait. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates

• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Reliable computer able to run design software

• Arabic typography awareness
• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere

• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Paid annual leave and public holidays
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.
